Working with a personal trainer is one of the fastest and most effective ways to achieve your fitness goals. We will provide your motivation! A personal trainer will customized a workout program to meet your specific goals!
Personal Training: (Each session is 1 hour)
1 session: $50 each
3 sessions: $45 each
5 sessions: $40 each
Note: ½ hour sessions are available for $35 each, available at Katy gym locations only.

Total-Body Package include diet:

4 weeks, 1 session weekly: $250
2 sessions weekly: $410
6 weeks, 1 session weekly: $320
2 sessions weekly: $600
8 weeks, 1 session weekly: $410
2 sessions weekly: $700
Note: Payment for this package requires half deposit upfront and the other half mid way thru the program.

Internet Training Packages: This includes exercise & diet plan
4 weeks: $170
6 weeks: $200
8 weeks: $250
Note: Main source communication will be thru emails! 8 week plans includes 1 phone call a week to discuss progress and I will answer any question you may have!
